This is exactly right and in my thinking, it is a matter of restoring &quot;ease&quot; to &quot;[i]dis[/i]-ease.&quot;

This was not the beginning to my story, it began not long before those cases on Aug 3, 1981 when I was first on call but there were no tools with which to operate (a tug-boat strike), only a hand drill and one small biting instrument for bone work. That was the beginning of my metaphysical educations.
