After much vacillation and indecision, I just want to say what our personal decision was concerning seasonal flu vaccination and the H1N1 shot/mist.

It is something to keep in mind for those who want to avoid any type of flue vaccine shot and many of my other blogs address both sides of the flu-shot issue. However, NY may have ducked the bullet of forced vaccinations. 

It is time to remember suggestions about what to do if you are forced to take the shot and have doubts about its saftey~
